I'll also employ the use of XHTML (Extensible Hypertext Markup Language), XML (Extensible Markup Language).

| PHP - is a widely used, general-purpose scripting language that was originally designed for web development, to produce dynamic web pages. It can be embedded into HTML and generally runs on a web server (Linux/UNIX), which needs to be configured to process PHP code and create web page content from it. It can be deployed on most web servers and on almost every operating system and platform free of charge. PHP is installed on over 20 million websites and 1 million web servers. |

XML - (Extensible Markup Language) is a set of rules for encoding documents electronically. It is defined in the XML 1.0 Specification produced by the W3C and several other related specifications; all are fee-free open standards.
XMLs design goals emphasize simplicity, generality, and usability over the Internet. It is a textual data format, with strong support via Unicode for the languages of the world. Although XML’s design focuses on documents, it is widely used for the representation of arbitrary data structures, for example in web services. |

The actual cost for editing a pre-made website template is a flat rate $25.00 USD per page.
This includes copywriting and images. (copywriting is the use of words to promote a person, business, opinion or idea.)
Free pre-made website templates can be made to look and feel as if they were built right from notepad.

Website Rebuild - Upgrades For Existing Websites ..
Many times I'll get those who already have a website online. Those who would be looking to improve the layout in order to better reflect their business or organization. More often than not, all of the heavy lifting, with regard to scripting/coding, has already been done and what's needed is a layout (page design) to present all of the scripting/coding in an organized way. The most difficult part of the process when this happens, is the selecting of that just right design. I can offer various styles and layouts, or, the site owner can select a layout they think would best suit their need. The actual re-design proceeds rather quickly once a layout has been selected and approved by the website owner.
Worried about cost? The actual real cost of a re-design or upgrade is just pennies on the dollar when compared to a design and coding from scratch.
Usually a website upgrade or re-design will involve getting rid of any framesets. The menu structures sometimes are completely rewritten in order to present an even and unbroken flow to all of the website content. Search engines cannot read framesets, flash elements, or images. Settling in with good original content, a well thought out, and deployed menu structure, including *alt or *title tags for all images is usually the order of the day when it comes to the re-design of the older websites.
